What is the Pinkerton Global Alliance Member site?

Are all applicants accepted into the Pinkerton Global Alliance Network?
No. While, Pinkerton encourages individuals and companies with a variety of skills and experience levels to apply for membership not all who apply will be accepted. Pinkerton will review each application for membership separately to determine whether the entity meets Pinkerton’s high standards of business ethics and client service.
What internet browser do I need to access the site?
We recommend one of the top four supported browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) to access the Pinkerton Global Alliance Members site.
What kind of operating system do I need to access the site?
Since the Global Alliance Member site is web-based, it will not matter what operating system you use, as long as you have an internet connect and use one of the three supported browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) to access the application.
Will Pinkerton provide technical Global Alliance Member support?
Yes. Please contact customer service to receive technical support or help with the application.
How do I become a member?

No. While, Pinkerton encourages companies and agencies with a variety of skills and experience levels to apply for membership not all who apply will be accepted. Pinkerton will review each application for membership separately to determine whether the entity meets Pinkerton’s high standards of business ethics and client service.
Is there a fee to apply? Is there an annual membership fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable USD $25 fee to apply to become a member of the Global Alliance Membership. There is also a USD $50 annual fee (due the 1st year upon acceptance into GAM). This fee covers and includes portal access and maintenance, round the clock support, and any processing fees associated with your account.
Please note that if you’re accepted, your first year’s membership fee will only be $25. The $25 application fee is included in your membership for the first year. Your second year’s membership (and beyond) will be USD $50 annually.
Does Pinkerton provide training after I’m accepted and become a member?
Yes, Pinkerton will have resources available to arrange training sessions and answer questions via webinar. However, for immediate support issues, please contact customer service.
How do I know I have been selected as a Pinkerton Global Alliance Member after I submit my application?
Designated Pinkerton personnel will review your profile submission and, if approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete your account, which will include a Vendor ID number.
How do I obtain the information regarding work opportunities after I become a Pinkerton Global Alliance Member?
A Pinkerton representative will contact you via email or phone if your profile matches the specific requirements needed for each opportunity. Please keep your profile as up-to-date as possible in order to maximize your opportunities.
How does a Pinkerton Global Alliance Member get paid?
Approved invoices are processed daily and payment will be made within 30 days of submission date.
Other Membership/Portal Questions
I have requested an account, how long will it take to know if it is approved?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Pinkerton Global Alliance Member. Your account should be approved within the next 48-72 business hours and you will receive an email with further instructions.
How often should I update my profile?
We strongly encourage you to keep your profile as up to date as possible in order to gain the most visibility for potential work.
I still have not received the email confirmation after I submitted my application, what should I do?
If you haven’t received an email response from Pinkerton after 72 (business) hours, please contact us: GAM.help@pinkerton.com
Once accepted into the program am I guaranteed work from Pinkerton?
No, acceptance into the Global Alliance Network is not a guarantee or promise of employment from Pinkerton. Once admitted into the network eligible members are available for selection for assignment by Pinkerton agents. Whether any member is offered an assignment is based on the market needs, vendor skills and client requirements.
If you don’t receive work within the first 12 months from your enrollment date, your membership fee (minus the application fee) will be refunded upon request.
How will this benefit my company?
Becoming a Global Alliance Member and using the portal provides many benefits to your company, including:
- Ability to add or modify account information, such as address, contact information, banking and remittance information
- Elimination of the paper submission of sensitive tax and banking forms. These will now be entered directly by you into the Global Alliance Member portal
- Up-to-date transaction level status of invoice and payments
- Ability to contact the Accounts Payable Department with inquiries about status and/or request stop payments on lost checks.
If I want to remove my profile from the Pinkerton Global Alliance Members site, how would I do it?
Please contact your Pinkerton administrator with a request of removal. If you do not know who your designated administer is, please contact customer service at GAM.help@pinkerton.com
